Build a Birthday Christmas Tree

Who would have thought that a birthday stamp set could be used to make a Christmas card?  Can you guess which layers were stamped using the Build a Birthday stamp set?  They're the 2nd and 3rd layers from the bottom.  Same for the tree trunk a.k.a. the cake stand.  I used the Foam Adhesive Strips to give my tree some "pop".  Simple, pretty, fast - a winning combination!

Supplies used:  Build a Birthday stamp set, Candy Cane Lane Designer Series Paper, Whisper White, Crumb Cake card stock, Red Glimmer paper, Early Espresso ink, Wonderful Wreath framelits, Foam Adhesive Strips, Softly Falling embossing folder.

Merry Christmas to All

What a fun and festive Santa using the Detailed Santa thinlits.  This thinlit is amazing and so is the coordinating stamp set Greetings from Santa. Bundle and save 10%.  Check it out on page 11 of the Holiday catalog.  I love the Naughty or Nice stamp in this set.

Supplies used:  Greeting from Santa, Real Red, Whisper White card stock, Old Olive ink, Detailed Santa thinlits.

Flameless Candle

These were cute flame-less candles I made for a craft show.  When I spied the Christmas Pines bundle in the Holiday catalog, I knew it would be perfect for these candles.  I also made a Fall/Thanksgiving candle too.  What do you think?

Thanks for stopping by today.

Thanksgiving Blessings

I am truly thankful, grateful and blessed!  I have so much to be thankful for - I'm in relatively good health, my children are doing well and dad is still bowling four days a week.  I'm am truly blessed to be able to share my love of stamping with all of you - life is good!

I cased (copy and share everything) this card from Lisa Pretto.  I love the simplicity of this layout.

Supplies used:  Paisleys & Posies, Whisper White, Petal & Paisleys Specialty DSP, Versa Mark ink, Paisley framelits, copper embossing powder.

Happy Thanksgiving!
